You need links to your site. Not just any links, but high-quality, relevant ones to help you with the search engines.

There are several reasons you should link to us that can help you as well. Here are what I consider to be the top 3 reasons:

2. Another reason is that it will give added value to the reader of your site, and if a visitor sees your site as having value they will return to it.
3. A third good reason is the best way to help yourself is to help others, this is good karma. The link you supply to my site helps me as well as you.

That is easy, just write an article about a related topic and submit it here.

It is a "win-win" situation, because your article provides my visitors with relevant information, and I direct visitors to your site.

Some rules apply, read here first:

1. Your website has to be about topic related to an aspect of health and fitness.
2. Write an article that is useful for my visitors and makes them curious about your website.
3. Put your website URL wherever you want it to appear. It can be woven into the article or at the end in your signature
4. Don't use HTML, it will be automatically stripped (just place the URL where you want it and I will add the html to make the link active)
5. Include a link to my website on your site.
