My cleansing experience with oxypower body cleansing kits

What can you expect with a cleanse?

 

OK here is my experience with cleansing. The picture to the left is the product I used for my cleanse. For more information about the product just click on the picture.

Why did I choose this product over all the other body cleansing kits out there. Because from my research I had some serious problems with a lot of the herbal cleansers on the market (I will elaborate on this statement in a future page coming online within a week).

 

 

 

This product consists of 3 separate cleanses.

 

The first cleanse this

I did was a 7-Day Oxygen Intestinal Cleanse. It consisted of eating 4 capsules of Oxy Powder before bed and also changing my diet to 5 small meals throughout the day, consisting of mainly fruit, vegetables, nuts and a small amount of fish and whole wheat bread.

My cleansing experience here with oxy powder body cleansing kits was very good. I did not experience any discomfort. I was going to the bathroom about 4-5 times a day (normal for me was 1 a day or every other day before the cleanse). When I felt like I had to go to the bathroom, felt normal not like an emergency or anything, however once I sat on the toilet everything came out fast.. also very watery like diarea (but with none of the feelings you have when have diarea... no cramps, no dizziness or anything like that, the only similarity is the fact it was liquid, this was for every time during the 7 days for me).

Following the 7-day cleanse I had lost 3kg from my weight and I was sleeping better and feeling more alert. Also I have had a problem with acne on my upper arms since I was 13 years old (I am 35 now), and for the first time in my life it is about 90% cleared up. I did this cleanse 1 more time before continuing on to the next... Total weight loss was 7kg (14 lbs) remember this is not fat loss (although some might be, due to change in diet) but most of this weight loss if from the body getting rid of ALOT of crap (pardon the pun) from my digestive system that had been trapped there. I also feel better then I have for many years, lighter, calmer, more alert and a lot more energy.

 

The Second Cleanse

I did was the Liver and Gallbladder cleanse. My experience with this part of the body cleansing kits was not very much fun. The diet was more strict then the above cleanse (even if it was for only 5 days) and the 5th day was really not a lot of fun. Let me go through it with you, since I finished this cleanse yesterday it is very fresh in my mind.

The diet consisted of only fruit and vegetables for the 5 days (some walnuts for snacks, if you want, buy very little). This was very hard for me because I am a very big meat and seafood eater. I do not like fruit and veggies much. Also can only drink water or apple juice nothing else for the 5 days. This diet was difficult but I can say that I made it through. Also lost another 1 KG...this cleanse also incorporated the Oxy powder capsules from above.

For the first 4 days it was much like the first cleanse (with the extra diet considerations). On the 5th day however I was not doing so well. The last day is the flush day... when everything comes out. I was feverish I felt dizzy and just generally unwell. I did expect this however, since this is the day the toxins really get released and expelled from the body.

It was not a fun day and the diet for the day was also very strict with no food after 5pm.

However I have noticed a big change in how I feel today. My mind is sharper and I feel relaxed for the first time in years.. Let me elaborate on that, I feel completely clam and no tension but also a body full of energy not lazy. Also a lot of tension is gone from my body, and I feel less worried about things. This does make sense since our body and mind are linked, if the body is healthy and strong the mind is shaper and more clear with less stress. This product has sold me on body cleansing kits.

 

The third cleanse

is the Harmful Organism Cleanse. This is a 6 week cleanse. My experience with this part of the body cleansing kits should be better since it has no special diet considerations however you are encouraged to eat healthily always. I am in my first week of this cleanse right now and will let you know how it turns out.
